note sing on the E chord in each fill, 
start the C#m part of the fill on the middle of the first syllable in the last word of each line
Notice that the C#m is strummed twice and most of the last words are 2 syllables. 
The ones that aren't are sang two syllablely. i.e. Wor-erse for worse
also after each line Jimmy adds a uh huh huh, mm mm mm, whoa oh oh, a ah yeah or something
