Server rules
-only ONE connection per user
-set retries to 300 seconds

Failure to follow these simple rules will result in you being auto-banned by the server software.

 I'm allowing for NOOP for the time being, as people were having problems with it.  If "disable NOOP/keepalive" is an option on your FTP client, plus do so.
